Product Description

    1N5817W-AT is a conventional 1A 20V Schottky rectifier tube, which is packaged in SOD123FL plastic. The structure and characteristics of Schottky diode make it suitable for high frequency rectification in low voltage, high current output, etc. at high frequency.
