Cold storage room  Main components and features:
 
1.Cold storage's major component selects the well-known brands, which ensure the machine with reasonable configuration, steady movement, good insulation function, and low power consumption.
 
2.The electrical control section of the cold room is fully automatically controlled by computer, LCD inner temperature of the cold room, available machine time, defrost time, time of fan delay, alarming indicate and various technology parameter. It is easy and convenient to operate.  
3.The ice storage cold room is made up of reinforced base plate, sidewall plate, end wall plate and top plate. There is a 100mm-thick insulated layer of polyurethane foam inside the plate.
 
4.An air cooling system is applied inside to keep the temperature of the ice storage bin at -8 degree, an ideal temperature to keep ice dry and crispy.                                                                                           
Cold Room of the Condensing Unit:
1.Compressor :
We have different type of compressor brand for choice : Germany Bitzer , American Copeland , French Maneurop  and Taiwan
2. Air cooler : The shell is made of quality steel plate; sprayed plastic surface is anti-corrosive, and its appearance is handsome
Coiled pipes are mechanical expanding tubes in staggered arrangement; therefore, copper tubes and aluminum sheets are combined closely.
3.  Electrical Controller Box
Just a start press, you can control the system automatically, without human operation.
When the room temp drops to the lower limit of the set temperature, the compressor and air cooler will stop working automatically;
When the room temp rises to upper limit of the set temperature the compressor and air cooled will start to work automatically.
