The panel tank is a modular system, which then enables a tank of any desired size to be assembled and constructed. These tanks are generally offered as Insulated or Non-Insulated.
SMC GRP water tank has passed through chemistry and toxicology tests conducted by Chinese Environmental Sanitation and Hygiene Engineering Institute of Chinese Medical Prevention Academy and Beijing Disease Prevetion Center. The results of the water in the tank is in line with national drinking water standards and Japanese high level sink standard.

Industry, Mining, enterprises, public institution, residences, hotels, restaurants, reclaimed water disposal, fire controlling, other buildings to serve as the water storage facilities for drinking water, other water storage usage.

The specifications of water tank panels: 1000mm x1000mm, 1000mm x 500mm, 500mm x 500mm.
The thickness usually 1-5mm by design Special thichness can be made by requests.
Capacities From 1000 liters to 1 000000 liters.

Accessories:
Fixings & Fastenings
All nuts/bolts and washers in contact with the water are of stainless steel. Non-immersed nuts, bolts and washers are either zinc plated, passivated or galvanised.
Sealant
All joints & bolts are sealed with approved materials to ensure the product is water tight.
Internal & External Reinforcements
For all tanks over one metre high - extra reinforcements are required. Internal stainless steel tie rods to (BS 970 part 4). External steel sections are Hot Dipped Galvanised as per standard.
Supports
UPVC or GRP vertical supports are fitted to give support to the cover.

Ladders
All ladders are GRP for internal & external use. Alternatively we can offer stainless steel for internal usage and galvanised for external application (Standard or hooped to BS4211 if specified).


 
 
Installation method:
1. During installation leave the installation access between the tank body and the wall of more than 800mm, for the tank top, the bottom --more than 500mm;
2, Before construction make concrete strip foundation;
3, After assembly close outlet pipe and vent pipes, open water inlet, the tank is qualified when the tank is filled with water and after 24 hours there is no leakage of water;
4, At the construction site is provided construction power.
 
Installation note:
Tank foundation can be concrete strip beam, or I beam. At diagonal corners of the tank top are equipped with air filtration devices. Inside the water tank are ribs. Each connection flanges are standard 1.0MPa flanges .
 
Cautions:
1. Please do not store water higher than 70°C or other liquid (chemicals, oil and so on). 
2. Water tank must keep away from fire. 
3. Prevent pollutants and plunges from outside. 
4. Use soft apparatus to clean. As to the new water tank, clean twice before use.
