Product Description

Shuttering magnet box,also known as shutter magnet,concrete magnet, precast concrete magnet, is a usual magnetic tool in the concrete engineering. Shuttering magnet box is a popular magnetic assembly for concrete formworks. Shuttering magnet box is

made up by steel outer casing and magnetic system with push-pull knob.

The apply of shuttering magnet box is very easy,firstly,fixing the shuttering magnet to a steel or wood concrete formwork. secondly,

push the knob and magnet will hold the concrete formwork steadily. Thirdly, use a lifting level (crowbar) to pull up then remove the shuttering magnet.The magnetic force of the neodymium magnet is from 9000~3100 kg, please contact us for the most suitable shuttering magnet,customized shuttering magnet is also welcome.

1.Steel armature have special surface treatment. Neodymium magnet has treated with nickel anti corrosion plating


2.Concrete magnet is applied to concrete formwork or panel.

Do not use concrete magnet directly on the concrete.


3.Concrete formwork system, looks like a black box with a push -pull knob and two hex bolts.

Use suitable metal adapter to fix the hex nut.


4.The concrete magnet have strong magnetic force when catching to concrete formwork.
