APPLICATION:

u TYA series vacuum lubricating oil purifier is applied to recover and purify various high-precision

lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, such as engine oil, mechanical oil, coolant oil, gear oil, heat treatment oil,cooking oil,vegetable oil and so on.

u This machine can fast degas, dewater, and remove the impurity and the volatile matter (for example

ethyl alcohol, gasoline, ammonia and so on). It enhances the oil quality, restores the lubricating oil viscosity, augments the flash point and improves the operational performance. It can guarantee the oil in the hydraulic system, dynamic system and the lubrication system normal operation, so the machine is suit for many lines, such as the mine, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, manufactures and so on.

6. The unique degas and dewater system: Using the Stereo-Evaporation technical, which can separate the water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.

2. It has a strong demulsifying capability, which could separate the large amount of water from oil and the minimal amount of water from oil. 

3. It has a strong impurity removing capability due to special filtration materials applications which increase filtration area and accuracy. Its large area and intensive precision filtration materials can remove the tiny particles in the oil while the backwash function automatically cleans the large amount of dirt in the filter, serving as a cleaning device to the system, thus the seriously contaminated oil can be brought back to a specification under control.

4. Special filter-aid reagent is applied, especially fit to high viscosity lubricant oil, freezing machine oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil.
